Return & Refund Policy

Each item in my shop is printed to order especially for you. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

If something goes wrong with your order, please contact me at gaianamilane@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so I can resolve it quickly—either with a reprint or a refund.

What I Can’t Accept Returns For:

  • You changed your mind

  • You ordered the wrong item

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives bent, smudged, damaged, or not what you ordered, I’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Just email me with your order number and a photo of the problem so I can make it right.

EU Customers – Please Note:

Under EU law, you normally have 14 days to cancel online purchases. However, this does not apply to made-to-order items—which includes everything in my shop. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it might take a bit longer to appear in your account.
